The auto-renewal of the subscription worked when I was not aware of it and the money was withdrawn from me and I want to make a refund, but they ignore me everywhere in the support services. I haven’t been able to make a refund for 2 days.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Before making a refund request - I would first suggest that you cancel and payment mandate for your subscription.
