I have been subscribed and charged for a VPN product even though I cancelled a free trial. Now when I try to request a refund, I can’t complete the request because a window opens which only presents an option to start a chat. When I do that, the chat is never responded to and so there is no way to complete the refund request. Am I being scammed by Avast?
I would like to receive a refund for this product. A payment was taken from PayPal for an automatic renewal this evening. We no longer use this product and I was unaware that we still had it, thinking I’d stopped all of our services some time ago. When trying to start a refund, I receive the following screen:

I am having the same issue, starting the process for a refund of a product that was on autmatic renewal without my knowledge but I come to that chat and never get responded too. Seeing this is an issue that involves more, I will start a legal action through my company.
Just now I tried the refund process once again. This time under the ‘open chat’ option was another option to ‘complete’ which I selected. The money was refunded to me almost immediately.
