Refund process failing and no help from Avast

I have been waiting now for accepted refund for 1 month. I had several mails telling me the process is started but no money came back.

Now after 1 month i asked what is taking so long i only get automated answers saying there has been issue processing automatic cancellation of my subscription… subscription has not been active for like 1.5 months the first time i cut the automatical renewal and subscription..

Not a single real customer service answer to mail to this day!!! Only uk, usa and australia phone numbers.

Ihave send banking details and everything Avast needs to process the refund. Complete the process now.

I have checked my bank details the money has been sent to Avast 17.3.2025 and i i got first refund acceptance the same day. Here is the order id:ADAP158867544 check all the support tickets i made and refund the money.

Avast is indeed not transparant in these issues. I did trial software with several software of them, I search for an simple adress to unsubscribe all of them but nothing to find here at my account, Avast is not the same company as in the past, keep trying for a solution!

Still no contact or answers to support tickets. Im planning to let go and make sure no one on my social group of thousands of people will never buy anything from Avast again. Ridicilous customer service experience topped with no actual human contacts.
