Under Refunds and Cancellations it says;: “To request a refund, you must look up your order and then use the request a refund option to submit your request.”
I can’t find any “request a refund option” on the order page or anywhere else. Where is it?
Thanks. It’s silly though - there seem to be an option for almost anything there, like complaining if you haven’t received your refund. But none for requesting a refund. :
Thanks - I have already send a request though, using the “A refund was granted by your support staff however I have not yet received my money back.” option, if that doesn’t work I’ll try your suggestion…
