Refund Questions

:-[ I had requested a refund about 3 weeks or so ago because I have no need for the software due to my laptop breaking and realizing I already had a subscription to the software through a family member on the home computer. I have not received any word from the avast team in regards to this besides a customer service survey. it seems that the forum is the only way to get in contact with the support team so if someone could help me figure this out it would be appreciated. thanks.

How did you request a refund ?
You would need to have used the support ticket system, if you did, then you should have a support ticket ID number. Then post your support ticket ID number in your next post.

If you used the support ticket system, don’t post multiple requests as they are handled FiFo so you could be resetting the clock with multiple requests.

I went through the support ticket system but I was only emailed a survey and no ticket number does this mean I need to resubmit my ticket?

You should have received an auto response giving the details of the support ticket including (I believe, having never had to submit one) a link to it and its ID number.
