Refund request and response times

Greetings. I have recently requested a refund for my purchase but I haven’t received an email about it yet. Is this normal? How long should I wait for an answer and what should I do if it dosen’t come? It is important that I get this refund done as I have made this purchase by mistake and I need those lost funds urgently.

I had opened a previous ticket before this latest one but it had a wrong ID so I made a new ticket with the right info. Would this hurt the odds of getting the refund? I did my best to detail which ticket was the right one.
