Refund Request / Avast Customer Service Standards

I am wondering if anyone else has had issues with Avast’s customer service? I had several of their products auto-renew, and I was well within the 30 day money back guarantee window when I requested a refund. This was back in September. Since then, I have repeatedly waited for weeks to have someone from Avast get back to me. The first time, they seemed willing to refund me and asked for some follow up information, which I provided. I then had to follow up several times, without hearing back from Avast until they finally notified me that I was no longer within the 30 day timeframe! The reason I am no longer in the timeframe is due to their own customer service delays. It is beyond frustrating, and it’s not an insignificant amount of money! If anyone has any tips/advice on how to have this resolved, I would very much appreciate it. Otherwise, I would like to find a way to warn other customers. This is very poor customer service from a reputable company.
