Refund Request- Can't connect with an agent

I had debit from my checking account from 3/18/25 for a subscription I wasnt aware of. When I had a similar issue back in February 2025, I had asked the CSR if I had any active subscriptions (at the end of that call), and I was told no. Yet, here’s where that 3/18/25 debit comes in…I have been trying to get an actual customer service representative to process my refund request…only to have my call sit in queue due to “high call volume”, with wait times of 30+ minutes. I can’t even get connected to a chat session going with an actual person, as that freezes up when it tries to connect me to an agent…which quite frankly, is very frustrating.

Is this happening with anyone else?

I’m having the same issue tonight. A payment was taken from PayPal for a service that is not installed on any of our computers and I’d like to request a refund. I can’t see anywhere that helps me do that and I, too,received the high call volume message.

I have the same issue. Even got to talk to someone and he said he cancelled it and was processing the refund but hours later and still no confirmation of it! What is wrong!!! :sob:

I also have the same exact issue, I tried 3 times to follow the refund request but I always come to that chat and get no response. I am pursuing legal action against them now since this is pure scamming.
We were using the product in my company previously so I am cancelling all subscriptions and advice clients against them, this is ridicolous and so unprofessional.

Yeah, Same. I started a free subscription trial for Avast Free antivirus yesterday, and today they took a payment for the premium cleanup subscription… It’s lucky I checked my account before grocery shopping, because I literally only have $7 to my name thanks to this… But I can’t even contact anyone. I go to the paige, there’s a message saying they have high traffic now, and when I go to the “Request refund” option to describe my issue, theres literally NO option to do so. Like the paige won’t fully load or something. And it’s the same on my phone..
