Please (re)search before posting as it has been explained already many times.
Each time you open a new ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack making you having to wait longer. (FiFo system)
Current handling time for a ticket is +/- 15 business days. (give or take a few)
The support ticket is on a First In First Out (FIFO), so it is important not to submit multiple tickets as they will effectively be collated and the start time will be the date time of the new submission.
Currently resolution is up to 15 business days, which is pretty abysmal.
I will try to attract some attention to your ticket/s.
