I picked up avast premium security 30 days
I did not receive any order ID
not even a reminder email
and I did not want my subscription to renew automatically
yesterday an amount of 97,92 euros have been token from my banc account
I tried to request a refund but i dont have an order ID as I mentioned before
what should I do
There is a possibility that you have entered your email address incorrectly and why you didn’t get an order ID.
Try again using 00000000 as your order ID, that should hopefully allow you to at least continue and then give as much information for Avast tro try and identify your order and refund request.
Let me know if that helps as I have the same problem and I’m afraid I’ll be charged in 10 days. Avast’s customer service is atrocious!!! No phone number, no live chat… despicable!
Maybe you should try it yourself instead of wasting time waiting for someone else since your time is limited.

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
