Did you request the refund via Avast support? Do you have a ticket/case number?

Yes I have done evrything to get a refund and have requested it at least 5 times.
Did not get a ticket number instead got a pop up to contact via phone.
If I wanted to do that I would have done it

I would agree except I have got no response through normal channels
