Refund ticket: 113324 been in process for about 29 days

Hi,

Last month I had purchased the 2 year subscription for Avast Premier. I had thought it included the Avast Cleanup, but did not realize after until after activating it on one of my PCs. I contacted avast over the phone and was told to submit a support ticket to get a refund. However, it has been almost a month and my ticket #113324 is still in process. Thank you for your time.
