REFUND ???????

How Long does it take to get a refund from Avast?? Why I ask is because I just bought a New Windows 10 Laptop and I have tried 3 times to Reinstall my paid Security and cleanup, I either get error or it wont install, So sent the email for a full refund this past Saturday but with response yet just says processing

New laptops and computer comes with an trail preinstalled antivirus software i.e. McAfee/Norton. Before installing a new antivirus of your choosing make sure you uninstall that preinstalled antivirus via add/remove and follow the instructions. After that, download it’s removal/uninstall utility and run it in windows safe mode and follow the instructions. After that, install avast and after installation do a manual reboot and enter your licence/register it (if you are using the Avast Free).

What email did you use? Sending a support ticket is the most effective way to get replies back (first come first serve basis). After sending a support ticket don’t reply/edit your own post after few days, because it will send your ticket back in the line. Send a support ticket about your refund and wait for at least 5-7 working days.

If you don’t get a reply back within 7 days, post your ticket number here and I will drag attention to the moderators to assist you further.

Well still says it processing and I submitted my refund request 5 days ago, Just FYI the Ticket ID # is 10008, I have not received any communication from them at all so far, Anyhow folks thanks again for your help
