I bought Avast antivirus for £20 on 27th Sept. I did not realise it was just for one computer so a few minutes after buying it I contacted Avast through their website and requested a refund I recieved no reply. So I messaged again. Still no reply. I have posted on several of the Facebook posts about this issue and was told to contact Avast via Facebook messenger. I have done this but still no one replies to me. I just want my £20 refunded and am despairing of ever getting it. What can I do?

Ticket system work as first in / first out … every time you create a new you are back to start
and i dont think refund guys work weekends
Oh. How long will the refund take? I really need this money back ASAP. How long do Avast take to reply? I really hate the uncertainty of not knowing when or if my Refund will be processed. I cannot budget for October as there is a £20 hole of uncertainty

Avast emailed me and offered to swap what I had bought for another product. I said no I just want a refund and it has been 12 hours now and they have still not replied to me to say I can have my refund.
I’ve reported this to Avast but please, have a little patience.
