I would like to get some sort of understanding when i’m going to get my money back.

After canceling my subscription which auto renewed I didn’t get an email at all.

Just want it to be clear that I DID cancel the sub and WHEN I’m getting my money back.

Per the refund confirmation email that was sent to you 8/8/20, you should receive your money within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can sometimes take up to 14 business days.
