Refund !

Hello i am very furious! >:( On November 30 i applied for a refund for subscrybtions two Avast Software’s. I should get money up to seven business days but until now I have not received any money! I contacted the support twice before and i send one e-mail message about this case and they just say “it’s alright, you will get a refund” but it’s 27 days ago and i did not recieve the money! I’m starting to worry that I’ve been cheated! What else can i do about it ?? I can ask for a verified e-mail for Avast support or the phone number (english) ?
