I cancelled this before the end of the trial period and still remember filling in the questionnaire asking why. I though that I had deleted my account but was still there when I checked. I noticed that my card was marked as out of date 04/24 so how money was deducted is a concern. I deleted this software several weeks ago and do not wish to use it. Please refund the money.
