how do you get them to issue a refund when they wont answer the phone or chat? selecting refund takes you to chat which nobody answers and if you call, you say what you want and it keeps saying you haven’t responded so it says push a number and then nothing happens and it says disconnecting. DONT ask for a trial unless you are ready to pay
I am experiencing the same issue. This is totally unacceptable. I did not authorize automatic renewal on my account and I have been forced to have to deal through their abandonedchat service and wait what seems to be an eternal amount of time. I am furious.
I manged to turn auto renewal off, but no luck on refund, AND the program they charged me for doesn’t work, it still wants me to pay for it after they charged me for it
