Refund

I have a problem with refund, it was granted 26th of february, have not received it yet,
i have been chatting with agents few times, they were all very polite and assured me every time that I will get a refund in 5-7 business days, first time I was chatting, in my orders it was written refund in progress, few days later- refund failed, it says failed to this day, I do not have the option to chat anymore with agents, no option to send an email, i can not call for some reason… I am a bit dissapointed in avast after a year of using the software, just, i do not know what to say..
