I have been trying for a month to get them to be responsible and process a refund for an unauthorized charge. But it seems they’re not serious or sincere with me. They say they’ll escalate the case, but it’s a lie. My chat history doesn’t even appear, and when a new agent comes, they create a new record of everything from scratch. They never write to my email. I was practically robbed.
