Refund

Since Avast refuses to issue the refund I’m due, I’ve filed a consumer complaint with the North Carolina Office of the Attorney General. Avast apparently has not responded to them, violating a 15 day window to issue a response. I’m going to continue with the NCAG in my efforts to receive my refund. Until then, I’ll continue giving Avast bad reviews and sharing my experience with them far and wide via social media.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Ordinarily I would ask what you have tried to get a refund and try to help. But you don’t seem to be going down that path, so I can’t see how I can even try.
