I canceled my VPN subscription on December 2nd and I haven´t got my refund yet (Today is December 12th) The refund confirmation e-mail said up 5-7 days to get it. I´ve contacted them and they just said the refund was done, no more answers, but the money is not in my bank account for sure. I don´t know what else I could do.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
When a refund is authorised, it can take a little longer, as the time frame is not just 5-7 days, but 5-7 banking days to appear in your account as cleared funds.
