Refund

Have requested refund since Nov 2025, two products/two tickets. I was assured that i am entitled to the refund and agreed to the amounts, the tickets got to a point that it had to be escalated for some reason, to be processed by higher rank managers. In 15th of January i received an email that informed me of my refund been sent (offline transfer) to my bank (in Greece) and might take 4 to 6 weeks. I’m in the 5th week now and i just wanted to ask more details because my bank cant see any incoming remittance yet. I opened a ticket and got the reply that my refund cant be processed, i try to communicate with them via tickets, since i cant call in the given number, but i get the same reply. As if they dont even read the ticket and what i am writing in. What else can i do?
