A member of of a board I visit says the “expire soon” message still pops up even after she renewed.
Are we talking avast free here or avast internet suite or avast Pro ?
How did they re-register on-line through avastUI or off-line and expect to receive an email ?
When they re-registered the new registration expiry date should have been displayed - have they rebooted (not necessary, but can resolve out of synch issues ?
But does she apply the license file received by email?
I passed the questions on and await reply. If she decides to just reinstall, I gave her the aswclear link just in case.
