Registration Key

I just re-installed windows OS and sent request for my old registration key. When it wad e-mailed back to me I entered it and it was invalid (twice) any ideas? antone?

  HOW did you enter it ; by inputing each letter and number
  individually OR by "copying and pasting" it into the 
  "License Key" block ?

  P.S. It is preferable to do the latter .

Thanks again for your responses. I had to reinstall the alwil avast program and get a new key. I am all set now and am very pleased with avast.

Glad you finally succeed… Can you imagine what was wrong at the first tentative? ??? ::slight_smile:
