Registration Problem

Hi

Having recently carried out some upgrading to my system, I am in the position where I have re-loaded Avast Home Edition, but have mislaid my previous serial number.

I have tried the “license resend form”, with several possible e-mail addresses (all valid) but each time I receive a message saying “Sorry, the control word was not filled correctly.” I am certain that I am entering the 3 letters shown correctly?

Also I have tried to simply re-register, but the system is giving no feedback to state that the registering details have been sent, also I have received no replies.

Please help I really want to be able to re-register.

We’ve tested it on all ‘release quality’ browsers. The code may not work in some beta version browsers, cause they have some ‘wise’ detection of phishing or something like that and block our site. Yah, I won’t mention the devil’s name… 8)

That sounds like it could be the problem…I guess I just turn of phishing filter & try again
