Registration Renewal doesn't work

Hi. My registration is about to expire. When I click on Register Now it searches for information and then stops.

So how do I re-Register if it won’t let me?

Thank you. I did go to the KB and I tried that. Let me look at it again. That procedure was for when a registration is already expired. I still have 16 days to go.

My system date is fine.

Use the Offline Registration, scroll down to the bottom of the avastUI, Maintenance, Registration screen and use the Registration Form button - see support.avast knowledgebase article 612 Off-line registration.. Whilst this mentions avast6 it should be the same for avast7.
