Listed below are several reason why you may not receive your license key:
Filling in an incorrect E-mail address - the robot will send the message to this wrong mailbox and you won’t receive it!
Your mailbox is full - the registration message can’t be stored in your mailbox and you won’t receive it!
You or your Internet provider use a so called AntiSpam program and it blocks the registration mail as a spam.
Please ensure that emails from Avast’s addresses are authorized to enter your mailbox.

How do I check to see if I entered my email address incorrectly ?

If you are not sure, just register again and make sure you check your spelling & typos.
In the meantime you can use the Demo Key which will give you 60 days unrestricted use. Plenty of time to resolve the receipt of a registration key.
If you have a second email account then you could try that one and see if that gets through.
If you or your ISP uses a Spam filter ensure that email from avast.com is white listed.
You can’t check this ‘in the past’ but if you register again, check before submiting the data to Alwil.
