Please help. We were having trouble with our ISP and we uninstalled the Avast Professional that we had purchased in October 2006. The tech who was in temporary installed Avast Home on one of our computers yesterday in the interim. We emailed you asking for our license key hoping to get the license key for the Avast Professional that we purchased but when I tried it on the computer it changed the Avast Professional I downloaded this morning to Avast Home. How can we get the license key for the Avast Professional we purchased?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Who did you email, sales @ avast dot com would have been your best contact and you will need to provide as much information as possible date, email address you used, etc. to help them find it.

You were probably sent a copy of the Home registration key.
