release notes of new program-versions?!

Hi!

I just wanted to ask if there is a possibility to see whats new in new program versions (release-notes)?

for example for the new 4.8.1201?

For me it would be very interesting to know what has changed since the last version, but i cant see anything where to find that info…

is there such possibility?
