relosmgr.dll activity blocked by Avast!, but no threat detected in file.

Hi,
I recently completed a little malware removal aided with scans from Malwarebytes, Auperantispyware, Avast, and Combofix. Everything seems to be fine and my Hijackthis log looks clean (to me at least). However, every few times i try to log into my gmail account, the page loads very sluggishly and i get a warning from Avast telling me that it has blocked the activity of “relosmgr.dll” which was trying to access a site that is clearly not gmail.

Yet no virus scans find anything suspicious about “relosmgr.dll” (there were two copies, c:/windows/relosmgr.dll and c:/windows/system32/relosmgr.dll), and i cannot find info on this file anywhere.

Any help would be much appreciated!

c:/windows/relosmgr.dll and c:/windows/system32/relosmgr.dll)
