Remote access to customer using Premium Remote Control

My customer machine isn’t showing “online” via their device interface.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the application on their computer but the little green indicator does not come on so I can’t connect remotely.

I fixed the problem using Avast Clean to uninstall the avast business application… then reinstalled!

Welcome to the community! Unfortunately this happens from time to time. Thank you for pointing out that you used the Avast Clean. I have had trouble in the past where a regular “uninstall” did not resolve the issue at hand but had to use the Clean utility.
