Can someone please help me. I have been using the remote manager for BHD for a long time, now avast says it is an infected
file and will not let me download it. I have tried putting in a ticket, but as I cannot attach the file due to not being able to
download it, I can’t get any further.
Is there anyone who might be able to sort this out for me?

You can use mail
send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject: False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password: infected
