First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
There isn’t a great deal of information for anyone to tack action - not to mention posting personal details (email etc.) in a public forum isn’t advisable.

NOTE you should first cancel any payment mandate (see below) that you may have set up, or this could be actioned, requiring another refund request.
