Is required by law that the user postmaster is up and running
No, it is not. It is the webserver/website owners choice.
Are incorrect and unfair negative, that you blocked the sites without first contacting the postmaster.
Not a good idea. If the site is infected and/or is trying to spread malware, it should be blocked immediately and not allowing it while waiting for a reply from the owner.
If you believe your website is blocked while it shouldn’t, just report it : http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php
The people from avast will look at it and when/if needed take action to solve it.
Please provide the url of the site in question, but make sure to modify it thus: hxxp://xxx.(site name).xxx, making it not-clickable by changing http: to hxxp:
This will prevent newer users from accidentally getting infected when clicking a live link.
Once that is done, we have users here that can investigate whether this is a false positive or not.
We have opened the ticket, but we reiterate that by law the postmaster must exist , not only can ban a site for pleasure , the aim must be to help to punish the honest people honest because of dishonest people.
After 7 days … 3 days … 2 days … you decide , you can capture at your leisure, if you have no answer.
I also remember that in Italy what is done is called " defamation " and is punishable by law, it is illegal to do so .
For our part, there is always fully available but there has never been a date technical information , help , an explanation , in order to act and correct any our error , a possible hole in our software , any hole in our system .
I know it’s hard now this world but we should reward the honest and the dishonest punish … not the opposite.
We look forward to … but if you think it is absurd and defamatory, if you are not a motivation technique to work on.
You are wrong, you suffer because you feel helpless.
If you remove the bad part of the script it will not be detected.
I also remember that in Italy what is done is called " defamation " and is punishable by law, it is illegal to do so . only if it is wrong. Have you checked the site for this re-direct or are you just assuming it is wrong ?
The following name servers know about domain names for which they are not authoritative.
They might support recursive queries (a security risk! this remark from me, polonus)
Thanks, Blackcaster is a fraudulent site, wants money and not by reasons, only money, if you look at the site that will send only blackcaster reports it … you should be thinking
Hi Giuseppe T.,
Did you file a report here to unblock an eventual FP for the site : http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php
I have seen the VT results, but I still get the URL:Mal avast! Network Shield block.
It all seems a joke in bad taste, we have verified and we do not find a match, if you try to enter in a few sites that are deemed to be “anti-virus” two url (prosegugio.com and prosegugio.it, for example) pointing to the same site, the the same data base, give two different results: You can not (!) if your site is infected is infected and stop, not one and the other is not. Do you agree?
Would it be fair Avast, if it is serious, do not use sites not serious but occur through a first contact with the postamster what is happening, if the checks are negative, objective controls, viral forms detected and not suppositories, then it is of great help otherwise cause a lot of damage even cheaper.
Let us help do not cause damage, among honest people
We hope to get out of it as soon as possible, we are here, if you give us more guidance but should not use Avast sites not serious for its checks, please. thanks
That is why I think this is a general IP block (URL:Mal is such a detection).
Your domain if found free of malware should be excluded.
That could be achieved by reporting it to avast team.
On the other hand they (avast! team members) are the only ones to realize the unblocking of the site.
They are known to react soon in such cases.
We here are just volunteers here and are into these analyses for the “good of our souls”,
