I have the Pro paid version and my licence is due to run out in 13 days. I am now getting nagging screens popping all the time telling me to renew.
How do I turn it off, I have paid for this software so I should not be getting these adverts all the time it’s really annoying.
A reminder 14 days before your licence is due is normal.
You can renew your license from the avastUI and pay for another year. If you renew from the avastUI, then your new license would include the remaining time period left on your old license.
Regardless of wether I renew or not, I should not have to put up with nag screens in a product I have paid for. I know my licence is running out and I may renew but these constant advertisements in a product that I am still licenced for is really annoying.
Nothing we can do about it, sorry.
OK will fix it by uninstalling it then, can’t play games with the damm thing popping up
You could always go with the likes of Norton who used to just debit your credit card again (I don’t know if that this their current practice) and not bother with the reminder.
Well, it’s your choice…
Keep it simple…just renew.
