Renewal no lic file

Hi, have used the contact us option to try and get this resolved to no luck.
Renewed my Purchase “Avast Endpoint Protection Suite - 1 Year”. Waited and waited for a new lic file to appear, day later nothing. tried the find-order to which it said invalid. tried the email licence. server rejects with invalid licence. now onto the 30th and no licence file.

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller…?

Direct and paid via Digital River, just renewed my current sub, but should have had a new lic file.

OK, I can only suggest to wait (support only works on weekdays).

Ah I assumed it would be a quick thing to fix so i just used the contact us non business but after a day+ opened a business ticket. here’s hoping I get my new file today. Cheers for your replys Asyn
