I just renewed my AVAST but the desk top pop up web shield saying the desk top might be infected malware.
How can I cont down load the file to activate AVAST

the free you can renew through the gui the other you must activate that also through the gui.
can you provide a picture of that malware the web shield is showing that usually gives some more information.
