Replacement licence needed to new email address

I need a replacement licence because the laptop that was included in my three-device licence was stolen during a burglary and I need to add the insurance replacement device in its stead.
When I initially purchased this licence, my email address was mfootring@dsl.pipex.com. This was a Pipex legacy account that Talktalk technicians managed to remove at my request so I can no longer receive emails on that account.

I need Avast to send the replacement licence to the email account that is currently associated with my Avast account but don’t seem able to find a way of contacting you to arrange this.
HELP!

You could login to your my.avast.com account and delete the device for the stolen laptop system.

This should allow you to assign that license to the new replacement installation.

That’s what I thought and deleted the stolen computer … but that doesn’t work.

I think the only way is to insert a replacement licence file on this new computer.

You can also change or ad a email address to in/to your account and set it as primary.

@Eddie I’ll give that a try and see if the reply is re-routed when the primary account bounces it back - as it will.

Modified the above: that was a quick fail, because I cannot verify a non-existent email account :-\

Only thing left that you can do is contacting avast > https://support.avast.com

@Eddy it was in trying to do that that I finished up here!!
Contacting Support: I must give an Order ID in a required field and, since the whole story began with a computer that was stolen during a burglary and which had the Avast Order email on it, I cannot submit the support ticket.

I was hoping that posting on here might attract a moderator’s attention who then perhaps could help further in trying to overcome the obstacles…

Spot on - I was (for obvious reasons) trying the wrong support ticket.
All done now, thanks for the help.
