Hello. Why does the antivirus identify site hXXps://panel.proxyline.net as infected?
There are no viruses on this site, it is clean. But Avast shows that the site is blacklisted. How to remove it from the blacklist? I wrote to support, but they don’t answer.
Hello mkburo, welcome to the community.
You can report false positives from below.
Please note that you won’t get any reply about your submission from Avast.
How will I know the result?
You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.
There are sites that can also check a site link and or file upload.
This will give other opinions on the site.
I have reported four times, nothing has changed and no response from support. What should I do in this situation? There are no viruses on the site. It was mistakenly blacklisted.
As I said:
It must still be considered at least suspect.
Did you check the site against the links that I gave ?
If so what were the results ?
It was a low count at VirusTotal:
I checked the site as you recommended. But I don’t understand anything. There are 100% no viruses on the site.
What does a low virustotal score mean?
How can I solve this problem? Why was the site blacklisted? Please help!!!
A low count is what it is, a low number of detections reported on the VirusTotal site, so at the time I checked only 1 out of the 96 scans reported anything (that crept up to 3), so still low. It is still on 3.
So 11 days on (somewhat late), Is it still reported as malicious by Avast ?
I wrote tickets several times, but there is no result. Avast blocks hXXps://panel.proxyline.net
If you have reported it several times Avast must still consider it after analysis.
There is also another way of reporting it directly from the Alert Window.
What have the other two links I gave returned, as they should be more detailed, in regard to possible weaknesses, etc.
I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Does Avast support answer here or only users?
As I said if it is in relation to a reported False Positive, they don’t respond directly.
For other program related issues reported here, they respond but more frequently it will be Avast Users helping other Avast Users, hence the ‘Avast Community Forum’ title. Plus the Ask the Community button at the Top of the pages.
How to deal with this situation? The site is not infected, why was it blacklisted.
Are there any other contacts with support? Mail, social networks?
As an Avast User I simply can’t answer that, as I suggested.
