Report Problem in RC-2A+

I am try to generate a report in the latest release of the ADNM. It doesn’t appear to matter which report or what destination I select the report task never finishes and I never get a report. There is nothing in the event logs and nothing in the adnm logs either.

Is this reproducible?
Does it happen even if you restart the Management Server service?

If so, I’d be very interested in the backup of the DB…

Yes it happens every time. No matter whether you restart the management service, reboot the machine, or have flying donkeys pass by overhead. ;D

The DB is enroute to you.

Hmm… I restored the db here, ran the reporting task, and - it worked… ??? :slight_smile:

And you know what? I didn’t even try the flying donkey trick :stuck_out_tongue:

It’s like if there was some problem in the Crystal Reports runtime. Could you try doing a “repair” of AMS installation? Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs → avast Management Tools → Repair.
