hey guys nice to meet you all.
well i have a problem when trying to report a false positive. i try to upload the data, but it says it fails and a message that states “not enough space to create the submit in internal memory. free up some space and try again.” the thing is, i have like 10gb of free space on my galaxy note 2. the item i am trying to upload is only 25mb, i have also tried uploading it via WIFI, but i still get the same problem.
the application that i am trying to report is Polaris Office 4.0. and the file that has the trojan is - Android:MTK-A [Trj]
any help would be appreciated, thank you.
