I stopped the creation of the rescue disk at 2%. The attached image shows it at 6% and, as of this typing, it has risen to 10%. Why is it continuing and what is it continuing to do?
Yes I had this as well. Clicked to stop creation but didn’t stop. Left it to run and took ages to complete. This on old XP machine. Seemed better on my Win10 machine.
