[Resolved] Problems in incoming P2P connections after latest Avast update

I do not say it is Avast AV problem, just making investigation and excluding possibilities.
As quite experienced user I know relation of the root cause and symptoms are often not obvious.

I use recent Avast! home AV ( Since Avast32) and Comodo CIS with FW and HIPS only (since CPFW 2.4 on W2k, later CIS since 3.0 up to latest on vista64)

I updated Avast and restarted PC ( and VOIP Linksys router too due NAT table issues ).

I have realized after reboot I cannot get incoming connections in Emule ( ScarAngel) P2P program.
The same seems happen to StrongDC that cannot search until I switch to passive mode.
OTOH uTorrent shows green icon, using DHT.

Other incoming connections to local Webserver, or UltraVNC service seems to work, at least if using my outboud NIC address of the router to connect to myself.

I have checked my Forwarding settings in router and CIS FW rules ( having P2P ports and P2P policy set ), but all seems OK.

Only other thing aside of Avast update interference
is time coincidence my ISP would start blocking P2P connections.
But it would then bloc all, not incoming.

Any similar experience ?

Edit. I updated CIS recently too, But I am quite sure, it waas rebooted and running Emule many hours without problems.

Well, the problem resolved, before I was able to catch the root cause.
testing ports at http://www.grc.com showed te ports were closed on the router,
no matter if P2P app was running or not. uTorrent port were on stealth mode.

After tweaking ( not changing ) router port FW table, saving and router restarting,
all P2P ports went to stealth mode, and Emule port was open, when emule was launched.

So, the issue was resolved, not being related to avast.
