Hello Bob, thank you for your reply. I’d like to understand first if our analysis with my banker was correct and that this debit actually does come from Avast.

If it does, I’d like to understand why, having never purchased anything there, they suddenly took off my account such an important amount of money?

Reaching out directly to the support is to me not the best way to have those answers.

No, he doesn’t mean that, the majority of regular contributors, helpers are Avast users like yourself.

There are however Avast Team members responding in the forums. To identify those they have ‘Avast Team’ in the details to the left of all posts, unlike yours, Bobs or mine.
