Restore points created by AVAST: where are they?

When installing avast, a restore point is created. But nowhere in the system I can see this restore point.
If we go via windows advanced system settings, no restore point is listed.
So, where to find them?
I use W7 x64 ultimate and AIS.

System → Advanced system settings → System protection tab

use “System Restore…” button to see available restore points, or you can try “Create” button + “System Restore…”

but:

  • restore points must be enabled (see protection settings)
  • old restore points are automatically removed by OS after some days/weeks

Ok
Rstore points are enabled and nevertheless, I cannot see them in the advanced system menu: list is empty
I created a restore point via the OS and it is Ok, but about the restore point created by avast before installation, no data.
Are you sure things are ok in this matter?

Strange, no problems here on my test system…
Maybe it’s a 64-bit only problem?

How long ago you installed avast? As I said, restore points will be deleted after a few days by OS itself.

The same here. I can’t see any restore points created by Avast on Win 7 x64. I’ve installed avast a few hours ago only.
