I’m not sure if this has been brought up, but when i try to install Rockmelt, my avast picks up this…
…\AppData\Local\Rockmelt\Temp\source\Chrome-bin
at one point i actually had rockmelt installed, until today i had no issues, and all of a sudden it would pick up the malware from rockmelt doing something, so i uninstalled and tried to reinstall and it wont install because avast picks it up, wasnt sure if it was a false positive or not
OK…you can also scan websites at Virustotal so when you said website… ;D
anyway…as you see at the bottom of the avast warning…there is a “report file as false positive” link there
use that and report it, and you may add a link to this topic
OBS: the scan you posted is from 4/4-2012…
click the rescan button so you get result from today with latest virus signatures
after next update you right click the file in chest and rescan to see if it is fixed… if False Positive
when it is, you can restore it
when you do, you will still see a copy in the chest…this can be deleted when all is OK
