That location is where avast unpacks file that it is going to scan, whilst these are reported in the Warning section of the avast log viewer, they are a very minor issue and not something to be overly concerned with.
Personally I keep my nose out of the logs as for the most part the content is verbose and not to helpful to a user, more so for a developer. Only if I experience a problem with avast or hard errors are displayed to the screen do I look in the logs.
So are you getting any errors displayed to the screen or other avast problems ?
If not I wouldn’t worry about this.
However, do you have any other security applications on your system, if so what ?
Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
If you need to uninstall your Eset installation and are unable to do so via the control panel, there are uninstall tools available. This http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2116&cat=HM&actp=LIST is one example, which might be appropriate if you have the referred to version.
Certain malware can disable a lot of AV products. Do you know what virus you have?
