Im still getting errors with my avast account unable to turn on avast firewall because i need rooted phone? This is the only phone i have! Im pretty sure the only device i have is receiving the lock text every morning!

I’m not as smart as y’all but I’m POSITIVE! the reason my device is showing up in Texas, Japan, Canada, IA, is because my account is, was, and still is COMPROMISED!

If you cannot log into your My Avast account, try logging from an “Incognito window” - if it works, the problem lies in your browser cache. The only thing you need to do is to clear the browser cache + cookies and it will work again. If it doesn’t, please specify what browser of what version you are using.
I don’t understand the comment with location - is there a problem with getting your location in the My Avast account? Is it showing you places you have not been to? Please share more details, thanks.
