I up dated my program and I am unable to use safe zone. What can I do to fix this problem.
Have you tried an Avast Repair?
- Control Panel > Add/Remove programs → Avast
- Click on Repair
- Follow instructions
- Reboot

Thanks for the tip,but I still can not connect to safe zone. The screen comes up but does not connect. >:(

What exact version of avast?
Check your firewall. Delete the existing SafeZone rule and allow the firewall to recreate a new rule.
My experience with similar problem did result from the Firewall I was using asking for permission via popup, the only problem was I could not see the popup because it was underneath the SafeZone Browers, I only discovered this by accident when I shut down SafeZone quickly and discovered the popup still visible,
Once I gave permission and to ‘Remember’ all was fine. ;D

Eddy, my version is 2015.10.02208 … I have changed the firewall as described and still nothing on the safe zone. Everything else works. I can get to where I need to go,just not on safe zone. Before I up dated my avast program everything was working great.
Thanks everyone for the tips. I did a clean down load again and I still cannot use safezone. I contacted support and got nothing. I sent in a ticket and nothing. But thanks to those who tried.
